2. Scope of Services

NammaTechie provides freelance software development consulting, specializing in:

3. Estimates & Binding Quotes

All project calculations generated by our interactive Quote Estimator are non-binding, automatic approximations based on standard specifications. Binding pricing sheets, sprints, and delivery milestones are explicitly detailed and signed inside separate written developer contracts.

4. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, complete source code ownership, intellectual property rights, and database schema mappings are transferred entirely to the client company upon full settlement of the final project invoices.

5. Limit of Liability

NammaTechie, its developers, and consultants shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits, database leaks, or platform downtime) arising from the use of code delivered under client projects once handoff is finalized.

6. Governing Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
